Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Businesswonder.com. These terms explain the conditions for accessing and using our business information, directory and search services.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using Businesswonder.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Additional terms may apply to particular services and will be identified where relevant. New features that supplement existing services are generally subject to these terms unless stated otherwise.

We may revise these terms periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page, with changes applying prospectively as permitted by law. Where law requires notice or consent, we will follow those requirements.

2. Information and website content

Businesswonder.com provides information about businesses, business opportunities, directory listings and search services. Some information may be created or supplied by independent third parties over whom we have no editorial control. Information is provided for general informational purposes and, to the extent permitted by law, on an "as is" and "as available" basis without a promise that every item is accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

Business, financial, legal and regulatory information is not a substitute for independent professional advice. Users should verify important information against official sources before relying on it. Content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or objectionable; users can report concerns through our contact email.

3. Third-party links and search results

Directory listings and search results may lead to third-party websites, advertisements, products or services. We do not necessarily endorse, supervise or control those external resources, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply. A listing under a particular category does not guarantee that every result is exclusively related to that category. Evaluate third-party claims independently before transacting.

4. Access, equipment and charges

You are responsible for arranging internet access and compatible equipment needed to use the Website. Your network provider or other third parties may charge fees, including data or connectivity charges, for which Businesswonder.com is not responsible unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. User submissions and responsibility

If the Website permits you to submit business listings, comments, text, images, audio, video, software, messages or other materials ("User Content"), you remain responsible for the material you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not submit misleading, confidential or personal information without a lawful basis.

By submitting User Content for publication, you grant Businesswonder.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and maintain the relevant Website services, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms. You retain ownership of your content.

We may review, decline, edit, restrict or remove User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address complaints or comply with legal obligations. We do not promise to pre-screen every submission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene or otherwise legally prohibited material.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights of any person.
  • Upload malicious code, interfere with servers, disrupt services or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Misrepresent identity, affiliation, credentials or business details, or publish deceptive listings.
  • Collect, disclose or process personal data in violation of applicable law.
  • Violate applicable laws, network requirements or lawful regulatory directions.

Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, or use the Website under appropriate parental or guardian supervision where permitted by law.

7. Privacy and personal data

Use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Depending on the data, processing activity and applicable commencement notifications, Indian privacy requirements may include the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules as brought into force. Not all provisions necessarily commence on the same date.

For legislative information, consult the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and India Code.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, Website design, original articles, branding and other proprietary materials belong to Businesswonder.com or the respective rights holders. Applicable protections may arise under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. No ownership or general republication rights are transferred merely by visiting the Website. Limited personal use is permitted subject to law, including applicable statutory exceptions.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We aim to maintain useful and accessible services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of independent third-party content. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Businesswonder.com disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides non-waivable consumer rights and statutory remedies. See also our Disclaimer.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Businesswonder.com against reasonable third-party claims, losses and costs directly arising from your unlawful User Content, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these terms, subject to applicable legal limitations and available defences.

11. Changes, suspension and termination

Businesswonder.com may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of its services for operational, security, legal or business reasons. Where required by law or a separate agreement, appropriate notice will be provided. We may restrict access for serious violations of these terms. Statutory rights and obligations that survive termination remain unaffected.

12. Applicable law and legal compliance

Use of the Website is subject to applicable Indian law, including relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable rules, where relevant to the particular service or dispute. Section 10A of the Information Technology Act recognizes the validity of contracts formed through electronic means, subject to applicable contract law. Section 79 concerns conditional intermediary liability protections, where the Website qualifies and statutory requirements are satisfied; it is not an unconditional exemption.

For authoritative statutory texts and amendments, visit India Code. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts competent under applicable law; nothing here limits mandatory consumer or other statutory forums.

13. Questions and complaints

For questions about these terms, directory information, submitted content or complaints, contact Contact@businesswonder.com. Please identify the relevant page or listing and describe the issue so it can be reviewed.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. They do not replace any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
